Returns & Exchanges

At LEWKIN, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid return shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
